The service is provided exclusively through remote maintenance, mostly with TeamViewer. As an alternative, RustDesk can also be used. No house calls are made. No PC repairs.

Sign up using the contact form, providing your name, your age (not your date of birth), and a phone number (ideally a landline number). Briefly describe what the issue is.

You will then receive an email from me if you have provided an email address. This is to verify that it is indeed you.

 You can download TeamViewer from the Internet. Search for download for Windows TeamViewer. Download for free. Download TeamViewer. It will then be in the Downloads folder. You can check this file with an antivirus program. But do not install this file on the PC yet. Only when it is needed. Then I will tell you what you need to do.

With the completely free program TeamViewer for private users, you can connect to another person's computer in just a few seconds. TeamViewer can also easily navigate through firewalls. Sounds like hacking, but it's completely legal and safe.

 TeamViewer: Sharing Screens
After quickly installing TeamViewer, you will receive a user ID and a password. However, it is not possible to access other people's desktops without further steps. TeamViewer must be installed and running on the target PC, and you first need the ID number and the code from the target person before a connection can be initiated.

 With TeamViewer, remote maintenance of PCs over the Internet no longer poses major problems. Demonstrating presentations, working in teams, or exchanging larger amounts of data is also no risk thanks to well-protected data channels.

 What can you do with TeamViewer?
With TeamViewer, you can control another computer over the Internet or let someone else control your own computer. This allows you to set up remote access in just a few minutes, so that professionals can, for example, solve problems on customers' PCs or you can access a PC that is not nearby.

How secure is TeamViewer?
The connections between host and client are encrypted with 256-bit AES and are established through a public or private key exchange. This is the common technique underlying protocols considered secure, such as HTTPS. You can therefore use TeamViewer without any worries.

How much does TeamViewer cost?
For private users, the software is completely free and can be used without a paid license. However, business customers need to purchase a license, which costs between 28 and 125 euros per month, depending on the scope.

Is it possible to transfer files with TeamViewer?
Yes, that is possible. With TeamViewer, files can be transferred from one PC to another over a secure connection. This is especially useful for larger files that are too big for conventional methods like email or cloud solutions.
